The object is located near the Super Market „Roda“, in a beautiful and quiet street just 200 m from the beach, in the hinterland of a pine forest and a promenade that stretches all the way to the city center. Each apartment has a living room, a terrace and a separate bedroom with luxury beds. TV with free satellite channels (about 800 channels with three satellites), air conditioning, as well as complete kitchen inventory. It also has a shared terrace (grill place) with a beautiful sea view. The garage has a capacity of 8 vehicles + 8 vehicles in the yard and it is under constant video surveillance.
As befits every host in Montenegro, we are also always open to meet and host with a conversation with great homemade wine and brandy „rakija“ that we produce and serve to welcome every guest… Cheers and welcome !!
Susanj is a tourist part of Bar town. The main sign of recognition is the beach Zukotrlica, in which background is a pine forest and a promenade with restaurants and beach bars and that are in thick shade. This area is very quiet and everything you need is concentrated in one place: Supermarket, Kindergarten, Pharmacy, Restaurants ,,,, so you don’t need to use a car.
